St Clements Dental Care was established in the summer of 2008 when they were the preferred bidder for services being commissioned by the South West Essex Primary Care Trust. The surgery was officially opened by the chief executive of the South West Essex Primary Care Trust, Mrs Pam Court on July 2008.
